The services allow consumers to send bill payments using cash, or debit card (where applicable and at participating Western Union Agent locations nationwide), or by credit/debit card* via the phone and online.

  • Provides three channels of payment: in-person at participating Agent locations worldwide, by phone or online at westernunion.com
  • Clients may determine whether a Quick Collect payment has been made by utilizing either:
    • Payment Status Service: A toll-free (800) number collectors or CSR s may call to get payment details such as amount paid, date, time and account number
    • The QuickFindSM service: https://quickfind.westernunion.com provides clients with the ability to track, research, verify and download payment details online.
  • Your company can arrange payment delivery via:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Electronic Interconnect Posting: Payment posting information is provided in an electronic file and funds deposited into your company's DDA
    • Optional services include custom calendars and delivery schedules, custom file layouts and optional account editing vs. check digits, masks or mini account masters
  • Receive Funding Reconciliation Reports via fax (daily, weekly or monthly), Web (downloading available daily) or e-mail (encrypted and available daily).
